Dancing has been part of some one's culture for a long time. How to do a flare has been practice by most people because it looks excellent to watch.  Every one's wanted to learn this type of dance step for a long time but it's easy but it takes lots of determination and guts to do so.
What is a flare? This is a vigorous and crushing break dancing step. This method originally and was used in gymnastics. You need to have an enormous amount of power and coordination in your upper body to execute this move effectively. This is done when you a put both hands flat on the floor while swinging both your legs in a circular motion in the air. How To Do A Flare
  1. Prioritize safety. Prepare you flare by stretching your legs, arms and lower back.  You should make sure that you get to stretch all your arms pretty well because they are the one who's doing the lifting. Don't forget to wear your shoes which help in protecting and preventing your ankles if ever you have an accident. You should also be aware that you might get plenty of falls before you get to be good at it. It's time to turn on the music and start to flare.
  2. Begin by doing standing position. Do this by standing and your legs should be apart. Next is bending over and putting you're the right had in the front of your body for support.
  3. Feeling the drive of the flare. This is done by swinging your right leg forward and pursue by following your left leg in a clockwise motion. This part is essential so you should execute it properly.
  4. When swinging your legs you will notice that you're left arm will be dropping to the floor. Your two hands will be used to maintain the balance and keeps your body to the ground and you two legs elevates when you swing.
  5. If you are swinging to the other side you should put all the weight and shift it to your left hand. You can fly your legs around without the right side of your arm on the way.
