How To Do A Kip
|
Teenagers are very much amused by the martial arts movies and the Chinese kung fu moves. Learning how to do a kip is one of the basic moves and looks very attractive and splendid to watch. Most of the teenagers try to kip and land on their backs severely and surely this is no way a move that is to be practiced by the obese people as the force of the kick will not carry their bodies forward. Kip is usually done with the force in the kick by the two legs pointing upwards in the air. It is a very common scene that can be seen in karate or any martial arts movies where the hero gets beaten or falls down and the next moment he uses the kip to raise on the feet and beats up his enemies black and blue. The Kip step looks spontaneous but there are several steps in performing it. This Kip has to be practiced slowly in a sequence of steps to get the final show. The first step is very easy and almost every one can do this move which involves just lying on the bed with the back facing the ground. When trying to do a kip move for the first time, it is generally advised to use a bed below as a precautionary measure of not getting hurt severely in the head parts of the body. Next step involves rolling the legs to your shoulders and this has to be practiced several times and the leg must be bent in a manner that the knees of the legs must be close to the face in a spring like manner. Now point the hands straight with fingers pointing the shoulders top and now move the feet up straight in the air and as a final step kick the two legs severely in the air and with some assistance of the hands, one will be able to fly in the air for a fraction of time and in this time, the body balance has to be made to stand on the legs by bringing the legs down or else if the legs do not come down at the right moment, then the body posture will be the same as lying down in the bed and one practicing the kip will land severely in the back and for some time, one cannot speak if the back is hurt very bad. The same steps must be followed again and again when practicing how to do a kip until one reaches perfection. |
